Our Infrastructure
We're Redundant. Power is conditioned and kept constant by
Powerware centralized UPS solutions, backed by a Cummins diesel power
generator.
We're Always Fast. Providing the highest quality Internet
connectivity and performance is our top priority. We utilize premium Tier-1
bandwidth providers to ensure minimal latency and excellent availability on
a worldwide scale.
We are proud to feature direct connectivity with MCI/UUnet, AT&T, and
Savvis/Cable & Wireless. Our connectivity reaches an enormous 4,500+
networks, amazingly just a single network away from our uplinks.
Fiber connectivity to our facility is supplied by an SBC OC-48 fiber optic
sonet ring. Featuring level 7 path diversity, our sonet ring has
connectivity directly into multiple carrier offices. There is no shared
physical path at any point in the entire sonet loop.
This design allows for uninterrupted service even in the event of a fiber
cut, or other direct CO equipment failure. Our optical equipment is capable
of supporting multiple OC-192 connections.
We're Stable. We utilize only the best in high-end,
name-brand hardware. Our servers boast amazing uptime and stability levels
that are hard to come by with other providers. Our professional technicians
are never a few minutes away from access to any of our servers, which
ensures that any problems are remedied usually before they are even noticed
by the general public. We are capable of replacing faulty hardware within
an hour of diagnosis and only the best, fully-tested hardware goes into a
server in the event of an incident. All servers utilize advanced backup
technologies as well as secure, remote back up solutions to ensure data
redundancy and peace of mind.
We use only tested and trusted software on our servers to maintain stable
and reliable server performance. Any accounts causing excess resource usage
for justified reasons will be migrated to another server to protect the
speed and availability of other accounts on that server. Any user caught
abusing system resources will be dealt with as outlined in our Terms of Service for the sake of other users.
